Diffuse Mesothelioma Payments If you've suffered from diffuse mesothelioma, you may be entitled to a prompt lump sum payment. This is paid by the Department for Work and Pensions. It can be used to supplement compensation awarded under a civil claim, or the scheme for 2008 of the Pneumoconiosis Act.
